Onion TV comes to the UK

When Barack Obama was elected the headlines in the American press ranged from sycophantic to the pedantic, for example one read "Barack Obama becomes 44th president".

One newspaper, however, stood out from the rest - The Onion, the satirical weekly had across its front page: "Black man given nation's worst job!"

The Onion has a television channel of a similar tone and that channel is now coming to Britain which will be available on Sky. Suzanne Sena plays the part of the main reporter, Brooke Alvarez, and she put together a short bulletin for us.
