Cable on new 'flexible' labour law

The business secretary, Vince Cable will be giving a speech at the EEF, the manufacturers' organisation, in which he will outline measures aimed at making it easier for businesses when taking on, managing and letting go their staff.

Chief political correspondent Gary O'Donoghue describes where these proposals have come from and Vince Cable explains how far the measures will go.
