Home carers 'didn't understand the importance of dignity'

An inquiry by the Equality and Human Rights Commission into home care for the elderly says many of the people questioned felt there were "appalling" levels of neglect and even abuse.

Linda Stephens describes the experience of her parents in home care. And Peter Hay of the Adults Social Services gives their response.
