New C-section rules 'not a major change'

New guidelines are being issued today by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) which could make it easier for women in England and Wales to choose to have a Caesarean section, rather than a natural delivery.

Cathy Warwick, the chief executive of the Royal College of Midwives (RCM), explains why it has reservations about the move.
