UK 'must be proactive against aid corruption'

The first reports from a commission set up to scrutinise the way in which the Department for International Development (DFID) spends taxpayers money, has criticised its foreign aid programme for not keeping enough of a check on whether donations are being lost to corruption.

Graham Ward of the Independent Commission for Aid Impact describes their findings.
