School funding 'deeply unfair'

A new study by the Institute for Fiscal Studies suggests that government plans to change education funding could boost the budgets of some schools, while others see theirs fall.

Conservative MP Graham Stuart, chair of the education select committee, says there is no doubt that change in the funding system is needed.
