'Uncertain outlook' for youth unemployment


The latest labour market figures show the highest unemployment rate among 16-to-24-year-olds in two decades.

Last month we heard from three young unemployed people and their search for jobs.

One of them was 18 year old Nathaniel Trill from Coventry who was made redundant from his job as a trainee engineer. After his interview on the programme he had a couple of offers of help.

Zubeida Malik went back to meet him and see what became of those offers.

And Professor David Bell of Stirling University analyses the trends of youth unemployment in the UK.
