Mitchell: 'Cautious optimism' over Burma


A year after the release of Aung San Suu Kyi, Britain's International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell is beginning a three-day visit to Burma.

Mr Mitchell explains why he thinks it is the right time for the visit and Zarni, a visiting fellow at the London School of Economics from Burma talks about how serious the Burmeese government are about reforms.
