A new adaptation of one of the most famous stories of love and loss in English literature - Wuthering Heights - is to hit our screens.

Director Andrea Arnold, famous for her contemporary dramas set on housing estates, tells BBC's Rebecca Jones that she loves the fact that for years film-makers have struggled to "pin down" the story.

"I'm sure everyone was thinking we need another adaptation of Wuthering Heights like a hole in the head. But I couldn't resist," she said.
