Should accidents be called 'collisions'?

Police have begun a criminal investigation into the accident on the M5 in Somerset on Friday which killed seven people and injured more than 50. Edmund King, president of AA, and Richard Owen, director at Road Safety Analysis Ltd, debate the role semantics play in preventing accidents.
