'Real concerns' over Ucas A-level proposals

Ucas has said it wants to get students to apply to university after they get their A-level results. Its chief executive, Mary Curnock Cook, outlines the reasons behind the change, and Dr Wendy Piatt, director general of the Russell Group explains what this would mean for universities.
