EU issue 'will not move on'

Following a vote in the House of Commons, there will not be a referendum on Britain's membership to the EU.

Rebel Tory MP, Mark Pritchard, secretary of the party's backbench 1922 Committee, voted in favour of the referendum and gives us his post-vote analysis.
