Do Saudis want nuclear weapons?

This week, the Treasury froze the assets of five men alleged to have been involved in an Iranian plot to blow up the Saudi ambassador in Washington, a case the US has referred to the UN Security Council.

The episode highlights the fraught relationship between Saudi Arabia and Iran, with the later's nuclear ambitions of central concern.
