NHS reform 'has not convinced public'

With NHS reform plans in the House of Lords, the 2020 Commission, which looks at the future of the public services, has launched an attack on the proposals.

Commission chair Sir Andrew Foster explains why he does not believe the reforms have not yet convinced the British public.
