Are UK manners improving?

A new report by the Young Foundation has found that, far from becoming an ever ruder nation, Britain's manners are improving.

Home editor Mark Easton analyses the results, and Simon Tucker, chief executive of the Young Foundation and cultural historian Sir Christopher Frayling, discuss the findings.
