Are BBC cuts 'lopsided?'

The BBC is planning to cut 2,000 jobs in order to slash 20% from its budget over the next five years.

John Myers of the Radio Academy and Guardian journalist Sunny Hundal, former editor of Asians in the Media, debate whether the BBC could be a "little smarter" about how cuts and funds are allocated between national and local programming.
