'We will continue to talk' about pensions

There are hopes of a breakthrough in negotiations over public sector pensions, after the Local Government Association (LGA) revealed it has found a way of saving £900m.

Sir Merrick Cockell, chairman of the LGA, and Heather Wakefield, head of local government at Unison, discuss the consequences for this autumn's proposed strikes.
