Govt to 'dismantle' NHS IT scheme

The government is expected to announce today that they will "dismantle" the board for the NHS IT programme in England. Hospitals will now be allowed to choose their own computer systems. Tony Collins, co-founder of the Campaign for Change, explains the move. David Stout of the NHS Confederation, also gives his view.
