Baha Mousa 'an isolated case'

Findings of the inquiry into the killing of Baha Mousa, who died whilst in British custody in Basra in 2003, will be published today.

Sabah Al-Mukhtar, President of the Association of Arab lawyers in the UK, asserts his conviction that abuse in the city was endemic.

And General Sir Mike Jackson, who was head of the army at the time, defends the behaviour of British soldiers in Iraq.
