Charity's doorstep collection warning


Less than half of donations to charities do not end up reaching them.

The British Heart Foundation says charities make very little money from door-to-door collections.

Mike Lucas, retail director of the British Heart Foundation, and Clothes Aid's, Michael Lomotey, discuss the findings.
