Home ownership fall 'a tragedy'

The term "property owning democracy" was coined in the 1920s and since then the dream of owning your own home has grown. Now the trend is in reverse and the proportion of those who rent has shot up. Guardian journalist Shiv Malik and mortgage broker Ray Boulger discuss if home ownership is still a realistic dream.
