NTC promises 'smooth change of power' in Libya

As Libya removes looks on the verge of removing a dictator and attempts to rebuild itself, many are concerned about avoiding a situation similar to that of Iraq.

Shashank Joshi, associate fellow at the Royal United Services Institute, analyses competitors to the new regime.

And Ibrahim Dabbashi, National Transitional Council's deputy ambassador to the UN, explains that they "expect some problems" but that the Nato mission should still be terminated soon.
