Libya 'must have Arab solution'

Libyan rebels have launched an assault on Zawiyah's oil refinery in an effort to drive the last of Gaddafi's forces out of the city and tighten their hold on the capital.

Author and historian Sir Alistair Horne explains the "worrying end game" ahead in which "elements that we don't want" could fill the vacuum left by Gaddafi.
