Riots on the streets of Tottenham in London over the weekend left 26 police officers injured and many buildings burned or looted.
Chair of the Independent Advisory Group, Claudia Webbe, who helped pioneer Operation Trident which was set up 13 years ago to deal with crime in the capital, looks at those angry at "anything regarded as institution" and why Trident "has been successful".
