Syria divided by 'battle of ideas'

Human rights groups say at least 130 people have been killed by authorities in Syria since Sunday, after security forces fired shells in the city of Hama on the first day of Ramadan.

President of the Syrian UN Association and former adviser to the UN human rights council, Professor George Jabbour, who has also been an MP for the ruling Baath Party, talks about why "asking Syrians to work together" could bring peace.
