Surgery delay deaths 'not happening'

Department of Health advisers have suggested that some patients are having their operations delayed by primary care trusts in an effort to save money.

Andrew Taylor, director of the Cooperation and Competition Panel, explains the allegations.

And David Stout, director of the Primary Care Trust Network, gives his response.
