'Uglier society' with stagnant economy

Official figures have revealed that the UK economy slowed to 0.2% growth in the three months up to June.

Lord Skidelsky, emeritus professor of political economy at the University of Warwick, describes why a stagnating economy will lead to "a more unequal society".
