Regulators must make it clear to nurses, doctors and midwives that they risk facing disciplinary action if they fail to flag up concerns about colleagues, a committee of MPs is insisting.
The Conservative MP and former health secretary Stephen Dorrell, who chairs the committee, explains the need for people "to be interested in the care going on around them".
