'Ambition' key to education divide

A third of those working in Birmingham Hodge Hill have no qualification at all, but in Brent North in London just one in 50 people have no qualification.

Terry Molloy, head of Claremont High School in Brent, and Liam Nolan, head teacher of Perry Beeches Secondary School in Birmingham, discuss the cause and effect of such a huge difference.
