Clare's Law 'is important safeguard'

People could be given the right to know whether their partners have a history of violence, under Clare's Law which is being proposed by campaigners.

Former Home Office minister Hazel Blears, who is heading up the campaign, and Conservative member of the Commons Justice Committee Robert Buckland, a barrister and part-time judge, debate the "unforeseen consequences" of the Law.
