Animal testing 'at 25-year high'

More experiments are being carried out on animals in the UK each year because of an increase in the use of genetic modification, according to official figures.

Professor Dominic Wells of the Royal Veterinary College and Michelle Thew of the British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection debate whether animal testing is ethical.
