'Absolutely no clarity' on end-of-life care

A new report has found "stunning inequities" in the palliative care system in England, with many people missing out on the special care they need as they approach death.

Tom Hughes-Hallett, chief executive of Marie Curie Cancer Care, which lead the review, explains the "vast variation" of care across the country.
