'Most people object' to legal aid cut

MPs are to vote on whether to scrap legal aid in England and Wales for private family law, clinical negligence, employment, immigration and some debt and housing issues.

Peter Lodder QC, chairman of the Bar Council, highlights the significance of a yes vote.
