Wet houses 'reducing harm' to alcoholics

A number of British cities have begun trialling a popular American system of dealing with alcoholics, in which shelters called wet houses are set up for chronic users to live and carry on drinking.

Correspondent Paul Adams reports on the "humane" housing which "deals with the reality" of alcoholism.
