Nato: Libyan civilian deaths 'a one off'

Nato has said it deeply regrets the civilian deaths it appears to have caused in Tripoli over the weekend, where two babies were among those killed.

Wing Commander Mike Bracken, the military spokesman for the operation, describes why something "went amiss".

Middle East editor Jeremy Bowen analyses the damage to Nato which has "magnified the controversy".
