Scottish sectarianism law 'too rushed'

Scotland's government is publishing new legislation to tackle sectarian hatred in football.

The Right Reverend David Arnott, moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, and Roseanna Cunningham, minister for community safety and legal affairs in the Scottish government, debate whether new legislation will "help to change attitudes".
