PCS: Pension talks 'a farce'

Civil servants from the PCS union are likely to vote for strike action because they are so "angry and worried about the future" according to union general secretary Mark Serwotka.

Speaking to James Naughtie, he said that the pension deal was "daylight robbery" and that the government talks were a "farce".
