School streaming 'a blunt instrument'

New research suggests that more children are streamed by ability in British primary schools than previously thought.

Professor Susan Hallam of the Institute for Education at the University of London who lead the research, and former chief inspector of schools Sir Chris Woodhead, now chairman of Cognita, debate the benefits of streaming.
