Exam errors 'not good enough'

The head of England's exam regulator has issued a warning to awarding bodies amid rising concerns about mistakes in this summer's exam papers.

Rebecca Deery, a school pupil from Leeds who sat a faulty Business Studies AS level paper, shares her experience.

And Glenys Stacey, chief executive of the exam regulator Ofqual, discusses what can be done to avoid future errors.
