'Tragic' deaths in oil refinery explosion

An investigation is under way after four people were killed in an explosion and fire at an oil refinery in west Wales.

Chief Superintendent of Dyfed Powys Police Gwyn Thomas, who led the police operation, told Today about the "tragic industrial incident."

Arwel Fowler, formerly of Mid and West Wales fire service, and Angela Burns, Welsh assembly member for Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire, discuss "the dangerous, dirty business" of oil.
