Tory health red lines 'not meant to be divisive'

Nick de Bois, the Conservative MP who sits on the parliamentary committee looking at the detail of the NHS Bill, has set out a series of "red lines" from which he says Tories should not retreat. Mr de Bois debates the issue with Sarah Wollastan, also a Conservative MP but who used to be a GP.
