Ash cloud 'may not be as bad' as feared

A new system which grades the risk of flying will soon be put to the test as ash from a volcano in Iceland moves towards the UK, grounding flights in Scotland.

Andrew Haines, chief executive of the Civil Aviation Authority, gives the industry's reaction and explains what other precautions are being put in place.
