Aborigines 'a very sick community'

New research in Australia suggests that the health of Aborigines in urban areas is as bad, if not worse, than their counterparts in remote parts of the country where medical services are limited.

Phil Mercer reports from Sydney on the "rampant ill health" in the often "neglected" community.
