Superinjunction row 'lunacy'

A Scottish newspaper has named the footballer who is being linked to a controversial privacy case, claiming it was "unsustainable" for newspapers not to be able to print information which is available on the internet.

Richard Walker, editor of the Sunday Herald, gives his reasons for publishing the information.

And legal affairs correspondent Clive Coleman looks at the growing farce of flouting the superinjunction.
