UK economy 'exposed' by climate targets

The government is preparing to commit the UK to legally binding cuts in carbon emissions, in a deal brokered by the prime minister which will be announced tomorrow.

Michael Lunn, director of policy and public affairs at the Environmental Industries Commission, and Steve Elliott, chief executive of the Chemical Industries Association, looks at whether the targets are too stringent.
