Do we need a privacy law?

Uncertainty over the current situation, fuss about superinjunctions and with Twitter full of allegations about public figures - some true and others false, many are asking if a privacy law will work.

French journalist, Frank Guillory explains how the privacy law in France works and Observer columnist, Peter Preston, discuss if the UK should follow suit.
