Soviet 'eugenics' exposed

This weekend a new documentary will reveal the horrifying fate of a Kazakhstani town whose residents were used as guinea pigs in Soviet-era nuclear tests.

Today's Tom Feilden and Stephen Wilkinson, from the Centre for Professional Ethics at Keele University, consider whether it is ethical to force people affected by nuclear radiation to carry genetic passports.
