Director of Public Prosecutions Keir Starmer is to reconsider whether to prosecute the police officer who pushed newspaper seller Ian Tomlinson to the ground at the G20 protests. Mr Tomlinson subsequently collapsed and died.
Yesterday the jury at the inquest into his death decided that it was an unlawful killing. Jules Carey, a lawyer representing Ian Tomlinson's family, gives his response.
