Teachers' pensions 'a real betrayal'

This weekend, the head teachers' union decides whether or not to ballot on strike action in protest at changes to pension arrangements.

Two teaching unions, the NUT and the Association of Teachers and Lecturers, have already taken that course.

Independent Pensions Consultant John Ralfe and Russell Hobby, general secretary of the National Association of Head Teachers, debate how sustainable the current level of provision of public sector pensions is.
