Stop-and-search: 'Business as usual'

Campaigners against the controversial stop-and-search law, that allowed police to detain photographers under Section 44 of the Terrorism Act 2000, but was scrapped by the current government, claim the coalition has introduced an alternative rule that has a very similar effect.

Marc Vallee, an investigative journalist and photographer, and chief constable Andy Trotter, of the Association of Chief Police Officers, debate the claim.
